Join us for a snowy women’s hike to Bowen Lookout at Cypress Mountain — a refreshing winter wander filled with mountain air, gentle movement, and meaningful connection. Bundle up, bring your baby in a carrier if needed, and come soak in the magic of the mountains with like-hearted women.

The Sacred Pause
Monthly Online Sister Circle - in the Village
Every month in the Village (our paid membership), we gather together online to take  a Sacred Pause held in Sisterhood, because we all know how full life can feel when we aren't leaning into the rhythms of our body and the earth.Â
We gather for 75 min space to take a big beautiful breath together and celebrate, cry, pray and/or share whatever is on our hearts. Because we were never meant to do this alone.Â

Wise Sister Workshop
Monthly Online Workshop - in the Village
There is sooooo much collective wisdom and knowledge within the sisters of this community. So much to share, so much to learn!
Every month in the Village (our paid membership) we host a Wise Sister Workshops with a sister in our community. We offer these as an opportunity for them to share a piece of their heart, story and wisdom. Our intention is to empower this community so much so that "your very existence becomes an act of rebellion" ;)Â
