In a world that has long dismissed the wisdom, intuition, and magic that women carry, we are reclaiming our voices and remembering our power.

Owning Our Truth: A Feminine Rite of Passage is a sacred evening for women who are ready to be witnessed in their truth and to break the ancestral patterns of silence.

Together, we will sit in circle, arrive fully into our bodies, and speak what has long been held within. We will honor the unspoken words and swallowed truths of the women who came before us and the courage it takes to break free.

Through ceremony, sound, and sisterhood, we will drum, breathe, and rise, remembering that our truth is not too much, not too little, but exactly what the world needs.

Each woman will leave with a renewed sense of freedom, confidence, and alignment, rooted in the knowing that her voice carries medicine for herself and for the collective.

Evening Flow…

Arrival and Opening Cacao
Gather in circle with a warm cup of fall-inspired cacao. We will open the space, set our agreements, and share our opening truths through the prompt:
“What’s something you feel to be true in your heart that some people in your life might not agree with?”

Candle and Cord-Burning Ceremony
A guided ritual to release the energetic ties that keep us small, honoring what is ready to be transmuted into light.

Drum, Voice, and Womb Activation
Reclaim your voice through sound and rhythm as we drum, tone, and speak affirmations from deep within. No musical experience required.

Closing Reflections and Integration
We’ll complete with grounding insights, embodied gratitude, and simple practices to continue integrating your truth beyond the circle.
