And while this unraveling is necessary, we are all feeling the ripple effects. A struggling economy, uncertainty, division, war, the pressure to keep up while everything shifts beneath our feet.

This is why we gather.

Gatherings help us stay grounded. Now is not the time to shrink back in fear or wait for stability to return. Now is the time to get radically clear on what matters. To release distractions, align with your soul’s deepest truth, and move forward with purpose. Because when the world feels unsteady, our power lies in anchoring into our vision.

The Spring Visioning Day Retreat is a space to reclaim that clarity. To connect with what is real and true for you. To step out of survival mode and into intentional creation.

Spring carries the feeling of a new year—the season of rebirth, possibility, and fresh starts—and we’re honouring that energy by consciously visioning what we’re ready to call in.

  • Opening & Closing Ceremony - Begin and end in sacred circle, setting powerful intentions for your year ahead.

  • Guided Meditation & Visioning – Drop into clarity with a transformative meditation with Leah Sonaria

  • Nourishing lunch intentionally prepared by Kate Ybarra 
  • Sisterhood - connect deeply with like-hearted women.
  • Transcendental Sound Bath – Close the day with a vibrational sound bath led by Cat Smith
  • Gratitude Bag & Marketplace – If there is enough interest, receive a curated swag bag and explore Marketplace offerings from local sisters.

About The Sacred Uprising

Founded by Heather Woodruff and Christina Zvicer, The Sacred Uprising is a women’s collective rooted in sovereignty, sacredness, and sisterhood. We gather women who value bodily autonomy, personal freedom, and living in alignment with their inner truth, even within broken systems.


We welcome women of all spiritual paths rooted in love and light, including earth-honoring traditions, traditional religions, and those who walk somewhere in between.


Our community is grounded in four core pillars: Sovereignty, Sacredness, Soul-Led Wealth, and Personal Expansion, all held within the safety of sisterhood.


We believe deeply in health sovereignty, informed choice, and bodily autonomy, and we do not support health mandates. This space is for women who trust their inner knowing and honour their right to choose for themselves and their families.
